Launching Our New Corporate Site & Introducing Open Note

We've faced our fair share of challenges launching the digital receipt business in Japan—challenges I’ll dive into at a later time. But as we continue to evolve, we're excited to introduce a new service to our corporate portfolio. With that, it feels like the perfect moment for a fresh, updated corporate website that reflects both where we are and where we're headed.

Along with the new website, I'm launching this blog section, Open Note. This space is primarily designed for internal messages, but it’s also an opportunity to share our thinking, the steps we’re taking, and the vision driving us to offer the best service in the market.

It's not just about our services or technical documentation. It’s about the big picture—what inspires us, what we’re observing in the world, and yes, a fair amount of ramen lunches that fuel our creativity.
