Product Manager (AB – Microsoft Teams SaaS)

Remote (Japan) | Full-time

¥6,000,000 – ¥9,000,000 / year

Job Description

ReceiptRoller Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to lead product planning, release coordination, and internal project operations using our own SaaS platform, AB (formerly ActionBridge). AB is a Microsoft Teams–based task management system that helps teams collaborate and move projects forward. In this role, you’ll manage product development from concept to delivery while also ensuring smooth team operations using AB as the core tool.

You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and the CS team to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery. You’ll also take part in communicating AB’s value externally — creating product updates, feature guides, and case studies that help users understand how to build and manage with AB.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and motivated to improve how teams work. Experience in SaaS product management or agile project workflows is highly valued. Our work environment is fully remote but highly connected through AB, with occasional in-person meetings and workshops in Japan.

Responsibilities

- Manage product roadmaps, feature planning, and sprint operations using AB
- Coordinate development schedules and releases with engineering and design teams
- Translate user and business needs into actionable requirements
- Support internal team operations through project management within AB
- Communicate product updates and case studies to help external teams use AB effectively
- Collaborate with customer success and marketing teams to share insights and improvements

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in product management or project coordination in a software or SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of agile development, task management, and cross-functional teamwork
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in English or Japanese (bilingual preferred)

Preferred Skills

- Experience using Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, or Azure-based tools
- Technical understanding of web development processes
- Experience in product marketing or writing user-facing documentation
