Work from home using Zendesk to help customers via email and chat.

  • Position: Zendesk Customer Support Agent
  • Employment Type: Freelance / Part-Time (Fully Remote)
  • Location: Remote — available to applicants worldwide
  • Compensation: From ¥1,860 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
  • Working Hours: 10–30 hours per week / flexible schedule
  • Trial Period: 1 month (same conditions)

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via email and chat using Zendesk
  • Respond using FAQs, macros, and templates
  • Accurately record communication and ticket history
  • Provide multilingual support (Japanese / English / others)
  • Propose improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements & Preferred Skills

Basic Requirements

  • Basic PC operation and business email skills
  • Ability to work at least 10 hours per week consistently
  • Quiet and stable work environment at home

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience with Zendesk or other support tools
  • Bilingual (Japanese / English) or other language experience
  • Customer support or call center experience

Training & Support

  • Full Zendesk operation and quality training provided
  • Manuals and video guides available
  • Mentoring by senior support agents
